  • The main guest must be a major to be able to check-in at our apartments.
  • Unmarried couples need to book separate rooms under separate names.
  • Valid government photo id proofs are required to check-in along with a photocopy of the proof.
  • Accepted proofs are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card and Passport.
  • Pan Cards are not allowed as a valid proof.
  • Pets are not allowed in any of our premises. We may refuse to honor bookings if you get a pet along with you.
  • If any resident or guest indulges in inappropriate behavior or illegal activities or causes discomfort to any other guests, we reserve the right to take any action including immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Please maintain silence or avoid waking other guests late at night or early mornings, as these are shared accommodations in residential premises. This is to avoid inconvenience to other guests and neighbors.
  • Please clean up in the kitchen after you eat, or cook or use any of the facilities.
  • Please keep the rooms, bathrooms and all common spaces neat and clean. Housekeeping is done once a day only. Untidiness may inconvenience other guests.
  • Please wash all utensils, crockery and cutlery, kitchen platform and sink after use and throw waste in the covered garbage bins.
  • To save water and the environment, for long stay guests, change of linen and towels is done once a week. For all new guests, fresh towels and linen are provided.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments. Please do not smoke.
  • Drinking alcohol is prohibited in all our apartments.
  • All our apartments may or may not have a cook. However, food can be made available on request. Please give advance notice in case you require meals. Except breakfast, all meals are charged. Please check with the caretakers for rates.
  • Breakfast consists of any one freshly prepared item and a cup of tea / coffee. This is normally served from between 8.30 a.m. To 9.00 a.m. only (please inform the caretaker in advance if you need breakfast earlier or have any special requirements).
  • Since these are not full service hotels, daily newspapers may or may not be available.
  • The caretakers are placed for your minor conveniences and immediate requirements. Request you to not send them out for errands as other guests may be inconvenienced due to their non-availability on the premises.
  • Wi-fi is limited. In case you require more bandwidth, the same is available on a paid basis. The rates are displayed in your home screen.
  • Laundry facilities are available in most apartments and are to be paid for separately. Please check with the caretakers for rates.
  • For early morning or late night check-in or check-outs, please inform 14square and the caretakers in advance. Early check-in and extended check-outs are charged extra for the full day rates.
  • Please park your vehicles at your own risk. We are not responsible for any vehicles parked on the roads, lanes or apartment complex compounds.
  • The apartments are not to be used as party places or get together.
  • Invitees or friends of guests are not allowed to stay beyond 9.00 p.m. And till 8.00 a.m.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear.


  • Our check-in and check-out times are 12 noon.
  • Any early check-in and late check-out will be treated as an extension and full day rates will be charged.
  • Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
  • Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

You can cancel your booking by going into your customer account with us The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within one week. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.



  • All payments will have to be made directly to 14Square only through online mechanisms. There is no option for pay at venue or pay at the apartments, available.
  • We do not accept cash or cheques for payments.
  • All receipts are electronic in nature and sent via e-mail as these are legally valid.
  • We do not issue any receipts without charging applicable statutory taxes like service tax, etc.

The following is the payments policy:

Bookings up to 7 days All payments in advance.
For bookings + 7 days Payments to be made weekly in advance.
For bookings + 1 month Payments to be made monthly in advance for the entire month and will be non-refundable for the month.
